Returns 📦
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once authorized, securely package your item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
Please note that the returned item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Cancellations 🚫
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at support@urbanskinz.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, please follow our Returns process upon receipt of the item.
